"More bingo supplies than I expected"
I only went on there looking for some basic bingo cards, but I ended up finding a lot more than I thought they’d have. They had tickets, dabbers, raffle bits and a bunch of other little supplies all in one place, which was handy.
The site maybe isn’t the flashiest thing ever, but that didn’t really matter because it made ordering for our small club easy. It was just nice not having to bounce around loads of different websites for simple bingo stuff...

"Fast delivery, but a few wrong items"
My order showed up quickly, I think it was maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, but three of the items were wrong. I had to email them twice to get it sorted out. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just kind of annoying and felt a little careless.

My first thought was, okay, this place actually has the bingo stuff I need. I found the paper and daubers fast, and they were actually in stock, which already put it ahead of a few other sites I checked. Ordering was simple enough, no drama. Quick judgment: I’d use them again.

I was actually surprised by how quickly my order showed up, it got here in just a few days, which was great. I do wish there had been a little more communication or updates along the way, but overall the shipping speed was definitely a plus.

"Refund process was a headache"
I ordered some bingo supplies and ended up needing to return part of the order. The return process wasn’t very clear, and every email took forever to get a response. What bothered me most was that nobody seemed to take ownership of the issue. I kept following up about my refund, but the replies were short and didn’t really help. I did eventually get my money back, but it took way longer than it should have. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they improve how they handle returns and customer service

I ordered a bunch of bingo supplies in bulk for our hall, and overall it was fine. The prices were reasonable and most of the order showed up as expected. That said, shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting, and one pack was missing, which felt like an avoidable issue. Customer service did get back to me the next day and made it right, so I appreciated that. Not a bad experience, but it could’ve gone a little more smoothly.

"Customer service was fine just a little slow"
I ordered some bingo supplies and ended up needing to ask customer service about the delivery. They did get back to me but it took longer than I thought it would and I had to check in again. Once they replied the answer was helpful enough. Overall it was okay not a bad experience I just wish they were a bit faster
